Access to it implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. It should be noted that William Tapscott may offer, through the Website, services subject to specific terms and conditions, of which the user will be informed in each particular case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.- William Tapscott shall not be responsible for the use that the user makes of the Website. Likewise, he shall not be obligated to verify the identity of customers or the truthfulness, validity, completeness and\/or authenticity of the data that customers provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.1.- These General Commercial Conditions, the \u00abGCC\u00bb, are established, on the one hand, by WILLIAM TIMOTHY TAPSCOTT SIMMONS, (hereinafter, \u00abWilliam Tapscott\u00bb, with domicile at calle Bilbao, n.\u00b0 21-23, 08005 Barcelona, with tax Identification number 31921579V and, on the other hand, by the user, customer, or visitor of the website www.spanishadmin2.com<\/a>, (redirected from the website libro-rrhh.es) (hereinafter, \u00abthe Client\u00bb or \u00abthe User\u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2.- All services offered by William Tapscott shall be subject solely and exclusively to these GCCs. The Client agrees that the commercial relationship with William Tapscott shall be governed by these terms and conditions, which supersede any other verbal or written agreement that may have been reached previously. Likewise, William Tapscott accepts the commercial relationship with the Client exclusively on the basis of these GCCs. Their application is an essential element of the contractual relationship. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3.- William Tapscott reserves the right to modify these GCCs at any time and without prior notice simply by publishing the modifications on his website, www.spanishadmin2.com (hereinafter, \u00abthe Website\u00bb). Likewise, he reserves the right to negotiate directly with the client special terms for specific and non-recurring purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.4.- The Client declares that he\/she is of legal age and has full capacity to act, as well as the legal capacity necessary to enter into contracts in accordance with the legislation of his\/her country to contract the services offered. Likewise, he\/she declares that he\/she knows how to read and has understood the content of the clauses applicable in these GCCs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.- Purchases through the Website<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1.- All products offered on the Website will appear with a description of their features and prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2.- The prices indicated on the Website will be specified in euros and will include VAT and any other applicable tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.3.- William Tapscott reserves the right to decide which products or services are offered through the Website, as well as to add new ones and remove or modify those offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.- Payment method<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1.- Payment for the services offered shall be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card through the virtual payment gateway managed by Stripe or via PayPal payment services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2.- The fraudulent use of credit cards or the denial of the payment transaction for any reason shall entitle William Tapscott to terminate the contract entered into, without prejudice to any civil and criminal liabilities that may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.- Services offered<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1.- Two books are offered by William Tapscott including LA ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N DE RECURSOS HUMANOS EN ESPA\u00d1A and MANAGING HUMAN RESOURCES IN SPAIN..<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.- The services shall be provided under the terms, prices, form, manner and circumstances indicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.- Right of withdrawal<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.1.- In accordance with the provisions of Law 3\/2014, of March 27th, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Decree 1\/2007, of November 16th, the Client may exercise the rights conferred by the aforementioned legislation, and, specifically, exercise the right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days from the purchase of a book, without incurring any penalty or expense of any kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.2.- In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Client must send an email to the email address wtapscott@gmx.es<\/a> within the aforementioned period. Within a maximum period of thirty days, William Tapscott will refund the amounts received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.- Sales terms. Cancellation and refund policy<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.1.- Orders shall neither be placed nor accepted from outside mainland Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.2.- Orders placed through the Website will not be considered accepted until confirmation of payment of the product price is received from the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.3.- Once the order has been accepted, the product will be shipped. The delivery time will depend on the shipping company used. The delivery period will be counted in business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the order is not available or is not delivered to the Customer within fifteen business days, the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid without any additional charge. The foregoing shall not apply when the delay or failure to deliver is due to an error by the Customer in providing the essential delivery details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.4.- Once the period provided for exercising the right of withdrawal has elapsed, William Tapscott will NOT be responsible for any defects in the product and NO refund will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

William Tapscott will also not be responsible for any damage caused to the product that is attributable to the shipping company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.- Obligations of William Tapscott<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.1.- William Tapscott undertakes to make lawful use of the services without contravening applicable legislation or infringing the rights or interests of third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.2.- William Tapscott declares and guarantees that the products it transfers are its property and that it may freely dispose of them, as well as that it does not infringe any third-party rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.- Client Obligations<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.1.- The Client undertakes to make lawful use of the services without contravening the legislation in force or infringing the rights and interests of third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.2.- The Client guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided when completing the contracting forms, thereby avoiding causing harm to William Tapscott as a result of any inaccuracies thereof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.3.- The Customer shall pay the price of the product at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.- Complaints and communications<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.- Legislation<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10.1.- The legislation applicable to this service shall be the Spanish legislation. 4.- The use of the Website is not intended for minors and, consequently, they must refrain from providing any personal information. In this regard, William Tapscott recommends limiting the use of the Website and its application to adults. To this end, William Tapscott reserves the right to check the age of users of the Website and its application at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to address any potential claims, William Tapscott will store this personal data for a maximum period of three years. Names and postal codes will be used to compile statistics on geographical locations and the types of entities to which the buyers belong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information collected for the invoice<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invoices will be retained for a maximum of seven years in accordance with applicable legislation. Data will only be extracted from these documents when legally required and to develop statistics on sales volume by type of entity and geographical location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information collected from the contributions form<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

William Tapscott may make use of all contributions received and reserves the right to manage them without any compensation to the author of the contribution. In the event that some of these contributions are published, William Tapscott accepts no responsibility for any subsequent use the public may make of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.- The data related to bank cards for Stripe and the data for processing PayPal payments are sent directly to these entities without storing the information anywhere on the Website, which only facilitates the connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.- The user may exercise his rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the withdrawal, at any time, of any consents given, where applicable, to William Tapscott.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
